AIM Development Company is a real estate development and construction company headquartered in Heber City, Utah. AIM was founded by cousins Tyler Miles and Brad Miles and has projects located in markets along the inter-mountain west in Utah and Idaho. Brett Jones is the partner that oversees the construction operations of the company. Our owner’s history of being involved in the development and construction process of different asset types, coupled with the long-term goal of creating value for residents, partners, and municipalities makes the future of AIM Development bright.

Tyler Miles

Tyler has a bachelor's degree in construction management and a masters degree in real estate development.  Tyler has extensive background and experience in both the development and construction processes. 


Tyler's resume includes having worked for a general contractor early in his career building residential and commercial assets along with over $500 million in development and acquisition of properties across multiple asset types.



BRAD

Miles

Brad has a bachelor's degree in finance and a masters degree in real estate development.  Brad also is a licensed real estate broker and has extensive experience in real estate sales, negotiation and acquisitions. 


Brad's resume includes years of transactions in real estate along with over $500 million in development and acquisition of properties across multiple asset types.



BRett Jones

Brett has a bachelor's degree in construction management  and holds a General Building B100 license. Brett has extensive experience in both residential and commercial construction estimating, scheduling, and contracting.


Brett’s resume prior to AIM Construction, includes over 16 years of experience as a head estimator, project manager, and division manager for one of Utah’s largest commercial general contractors. He has in-depth experience completing projects across both residential and commercial construction types.
